North Carolina Jazz Fest With Bruce Harris
at The Django
02.14.22
New York City’s jazz club, The Django, is honored to have taken part in the North Carolina Jazz Fest virtually led by trumpeter Bruce Harris.
“It’s been my pleasure to produce and organize some of my favorite musicians in NYC to take part in a virtual concert for the North Carolina Jazz Fest, and also to be able to film at one of my favorite venues to perform, the Django. Some of the hi-lights from the day include listening and performing next to legendary saxophonist Houston Person, as well as other friends and musicians that I deeply admire: Ehud Asherie, Lucy Yeghiazaryan, Rossano Sportiello, Luke Sellick, and Aaron Kimmel. I love the way this video, directed by David Givens, came out, and I’d like to thank the Django, the Roxy Hotel, and Ken Fowser for hosting an amazing Monday afternoon of music that was featured in this year’s festival!”
