Pianist Rick Germanson has been highly in-demand on the New York City jazz scene for two decades. After winning the Grand Prize at the American Pianist’ Association Jazz Piano Competition in 1996, Rick started touring around the world and appearing at major concert halls, festivals and clubs. He's worked with artists like Elvin Jones, Pat Martino; Russell Malone, George Coleman, Regina Carter and many others. He appears on over fifty recordings as a sideman and has released five as a leader. His latest is "Turquoise Twice" on WJ3 Records.
