Pianist Pete Malinverni has been a fixture on the New York City jazz scene since moving there in the early 1980s from his hometown of Niagara Falls, NY. He's recorded 16 times as a leader, receiving critical and public acclaim alike and airplay on all platforms, from terrestrial radio to streaming and beyond. He's also worked with artists like Joe Lovano, Vernel Fournier, Charles Davis, Mel Lewis, Dennis Irwin, Karrin Allyson, Steve Wilson and many others.

Malinverni is Chair of Jazz Studies at the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College, State University of New York, just a few miles north of the City. Don't miss him on stage at the Django!
