Nicki Richards is a dynamic singer, songwriter, producer and actress based in New York City. Her influential music work over the years spans many genres and languages including pop, dance, jazz, rock, funk, blues and more. Richards was signed as a teenager to Atlantic Records by the late great Ahmet Ertegun after winning Star Search, a competitive national television show, and since then has written and recorded several albums, all of which she produced and arranged. Richards has recorded and performed with legends like Madonna, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, and many others.

At this special Django engagement, she will be joined by the acclaimed trumpeter John Sneider and his quartet.
